1. Who we are

This Cookie Policy explains how Propular IQ ("Propular IQ", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you use our website and services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. This policy is intended to comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England & Wales. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. The Service

Propular IQ provides analytics and insights about UK residential property markets, compiled from public and licensed datasets. The Service is provided for general information and research purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or property advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, let, mortgage or otherwise transact in any property.

Estimates such as the Opportunity Score, yield, rental value and price growth are informational estimates and may differ materially from actual outcomes.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: (a) copy, scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service; (b) resell, sublicense or make the Service available to third parties; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or (d) use the Service in breach of applicable UK law.

5. Plans, payments and refunds

Free plan usage is subject to the limits displayed within the Service. Paid plans are billed in advance in accordance with the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests may be submitted to hello@getpropular.com and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Statutory consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

All software, designs, scoring methodology, content, branding and other intellectual property within the Service are owned by or licensed to Propular IQ unless otherwise stated.

7. Third-party data

The Service incorporates information derived from publicly available government datasets and other licensed third-party data sources. Such data remains the property of its respective owners and is used in accordance with the applicable licence terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Opportunity Score, rental estimates, yield estimates, price growth estimates and similar metrics are analytical estimates generated using our methodology. They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial, investment, legal or valuation advice. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) £100 and (b) the fees paid by you to Propular IQ in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we withdraw the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
