Where does your data come from?+
Our data comes from official UK sources including HM Land Registry, the Office for National Statistics, UK Police open crime data, the EPC Register and official private rental statistics. Flood, schools and planning datasets are planned additions.
Which areas does Propular IQ cover?+
Propular IQ currently covers England and Wales using official datasets including HM Land Registry, EPC, ONS and UK Police data. Scotland is planned for a future release.
How is Propular IQ different from Rightmove or Zoopla?+
Rightmove and Zoopla are listing portals - they help you find a specific property. Propular IQ is an analytics tool - it helps you decide which area to buy in before you start looking at listings.
Do I need to pay to try it?+
No. You can run one full search on the Free plan every day, which includes the top 20 matching areas, the Opportunity Score, estimated yield, basic insights, and the investment calculator.
What does Pro include?+
