A transparent 0–10 score for every UK area, combining estimated rental yield, price growth potential, rental demand, and investment risk. Every input comes from a public dataset you can verify.
Where does your data come from?+
HM Land Registry (sold prices), the Office for National Statistics (rents, demographics), Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), UK Police (crime), the Environment Agency (flood risk) and other official UK sources. See our Data Sources page for the full list.
How is Propular different from Rightmove or Zoopla?+
Rightmove and Zoopla are listing portals — they help you find a specific property. Propular is an analytics tool — it helps you decide which area to buy in before you start looking at listings.
Do I need to pay to try it?+
No. You can run one full search on the Free plan every month, which includes the top 20 matching areas, the Investment Score, estimated yield, basic insights, and the investment calculator.
When is Pro available?+
